A lot has changed for Alan "Woody" Harris since he moved to California from the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 2007. Namely his skimboarding. He took his knowledge of the liners of North Carolina and put it towards the famous siders of Southern California. Woody lives for skimboarding. When he's not looking for real waves you can be sure he is sorting through millions of digitized waves for us. His obsession is definitely starting to pay off.

If his third place finish in huge, scary Lover's conditions against the best skimboarders in the world in 2008 wasn't enough to convince everyone of his skimming abilities, we aren't sure what will. Perhaps his section in Stimulus? Perhaps it will be his continuous rise to the top of skimboarding where he belongs.  Either way, this stud has the drive, talent and looks to stay around the top for a long time.
