In the early 90's a scrawny little kid began showing up at 10th St and
skimming right beside some of the best pros in the world, and sometimes
skimming better than them as well. That kid was Brandon Sears. Gradually he began skimming other breaks developing a unique style that has impressed more than a few. In 2003 he really hit his stride as his skimming jumped to a whole new level which culminated in his 2nd place finish at the World Championships. It was at that time that it became apparent he was here to stay. Brandon is always a favorite to watch because he loves to boost huge spinning backside airs whenever possible. He does it so well and so often that it has really become his signature move. Even when he is not boosting huge airs he is known for goofing around and having such a good time that anyone watching cant help but smile. And everyone likes to smile.
