Everyone always knew that Noogie (a.k.a. Brendan Stevens) had talent on
any kind of board. Growing up in Laguna he was known as someone who
could surf and skate very well. It was later that he picked up
skimming, mainly as something to do between surf sessions, like many local groms. Unlike many local groms, he took it to the next level.
He quickly graduated to South Laguna and began skimming bigger and better
waves with his own personal flair. Notoriously frustrated with competition skimming, most people know Noogie from his video parts. His aggressive and powerful style mixed with with a large bag of new school tricks makes him very entertaining to watch.
