His ability on a skimboard, whether it be on the East Coast or in double-overhead Wedge, is incredible. His experimentation at the Wedge labels him as one of the most progressive riders to grace the spot.  He doesn't throw a trick there unless it's big, tweaked and in the most critical section of the wave.

Paulo will be around for a long time, and is certainly already a household name.  Which is no surprise considering his video parts and photos always turn heads.  These attributes combined with his well grounded perspective, make him one of the most respected names in skimboarding.

He's one of Exile's most valuable riders, and there's no one we'd rather have on top.
