MANUFACTURED ONLY from the highest quality fabrics, epoxy, and PVC core, our S-Glass skimboards are well tested by the best skimboarders in the world, in the heaviest conditions on earth.  Here are some of the features of this board.  

S-GLASS stands for structural fiberglass. It is 30% stronger than regular fiberglass and about 15% stiffer. It also costs more than twice as much! But when you are buying a high end product it is important to pay a little extra for the things that will make it last. Our S-Glass skimboards have multiple layers of S-Glass on each side. This makes the board a little stronger than an eglass board of the same weight and a little bit stiffer too.

THE PRO SHAPE is best suited to advanced riders who want maximum speed on the wave. The longer profile and narrower nose of these boards makes them faster down the line and on siders, but not as comfortable in the pocket of the wave. But since the riders know what their doing, they don't need any extra help riding the barrel.

5/8" THICKNESS - 5/8" is the thinner of the two options that exile offers.  The thinner profile makes the boards turn on a dime relative to their thicker brethren.  The additional manueverability does come at the cost of a little bit of speed, however.

GLOSS FINISH - Gloss Finish boards have a layer of coating of gloss resin applied to the top of the board which is then hand sanded and polished.  The gloss finish does not have any performance benefits, but it sure does look pretty.
